Supply issues, Brexit and Covid

It's really tricky ordering at the moment. Just now a pre-paid order worth EUR1000 was returned to supplier at customs. That's the new normal. We are really trying to guarantee supply of our much loved dolls and teddies and will work hard to get everything in time for Christmas. Prices have also gone through the roof so we are dealing with that too. Please bear with us while we navigate the new supply chain procedures.
